At Aykaa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Log in to your Aykaa account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the return authorization slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location nearest to you.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
